Chocolate Almond Cake

Remarks: Make about 5 cakes if use squre aluminum bake tin.(size: 200mm x 98mm x 53mm or 7 7/8in x 3 7/8in x 2 1/8in) You may get this aluminum bake tin in any grocery store. Happy cooking!12 eggs

650 g Plain Flour
150 g Chocolate powder
6 tsp. Baking powder

750 g Butter
520 g Brown sugar
6 tsp. Vanilla essence
4 tsp. Condensed milk
100 g Walnut (Toasted and chopped)

1. Sift flour, chocolate powder and baking powder. Set a side.
2. Cream butter & brown sugar until turn light.
3. Add in vanilla essence & condensed milk into the butter mixture.
4. Beat in eggs at a time, alternating it with flour mixture.
5. Lastly, add in toasted walnut. Mix well.
6. Preheat oven at 180”c. Pour the batter into baking tins for 3/4 high and bake the cakes for about 40 to 45 minutes.
7. You may keep the cakes in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 months if you use alunimum bake tin and wrap the top of alunimum bake tin with alunimum foil.
