Bavarian Pork and Sauerkraut
1/4 cup butter 1 1/4 lb pork,cubed 4 Tbsp. onions, chopped 3/4 tsp. paprika 3/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 4 cups drained sauerkraut 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/4 cup sour cream
Brown meat in butter. Add onion, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until meat is tender. Add water or chicken broth if needed. (if meat gets too dry) Add brown sugar and sauerkraut. Cook about 1 hour longer. Add sour cream, and mix well.
