lemon cello zest of 5 lemons let soak in 1.5 cup alcohol for 10 days
once done soaking make 2 cup water to 1 3/4 cup to two full cups of sugar simple syrup...bring to boil let cool strain out zest and add to simple syrpu while cooling....then strain once cooled add simple syrup to alcohol and freeze for 2 days to mellow and serve straight from freezer.only recipe i have
