5 lbs pork butt (cut in 2-3 inch pieces)
Mix in a bowl: 1/2 cup cooking Sherry Wine 3-4 Bay leaves 1 Tsp. Paprika 1/ cup crushed hot peppers (more if desired) 3 Lg. Onions sliced thin 3 crushed garlic buds Salt to taste
Pour the mixture over the pork and mix well. Marinate for 24 hours. Place meat with all ingredients in roasting pan and cook slowly at 350 for at least 2 hours, stirring every half hour. Keep uncovered if you want less liquid. Covered will make more liquid. I keep it covered ,so it would not burn, uncover last half hour.
