I recently had a dessert that is called
Bishop's Bread. I believe it is a Hungarian
recipe. It consists of a very spongy soft cake
that is cut in 2" x 1" bars. Not real sweet, but
terrific with coffee or tea.
No frosting, just plain bars.
Please send me the recipe if you should have it or
something similar.
