My boyfriend has just returned from service while stationed in Iraq. While there, he often ate a flat bread he has described to me as sweet, slightly crispy, and similarly shaped to that of a tortilla. Of course, he never asked what the bread was called while there, yet has begged me to find the recipe for him! If anyone can even suggest similar recipes which I could play with, I would be greatly appreciative!!!
