Thank you so much, I did try this reciepe, it was great....

I know that there is another recipe (knafa na3ma (fine knafa)), that they do not use the phyllo dough in it, they use the Semolina instead, I would love to make this one also (I love sweets made with semolina), do you know how to make this one..?
