Alexandra, et al. - The green Aji sauce at Pollo Inka, Anaheim, is amazing. I have searched long and hard for this recipe - with little success. This site has the closest ingredients list(s)I have seen. Have you gotten any closer to the real sauce recipe? I'm pretty sure lettuce is involved. Not sure about bread... it's so smooth and mild, it seems like it could have some avocado in it... It seems most Aji chillies are yellow or red... so Jalapeno (seeded and stemmed) is probably closer...

Does anyone have any hints???
