Thanks for your feedback, Heather. I'll give it a try myself (haven't done so yet). I live in the Central Valley and we get lots of different types of chilis (habaneros, jalapenos, Anaheims) but I have never seen the Peruvian ones that I saw in Peru. I think I'll give the sauce a try this weekend and I'll let bot of you know what I think. Happy New Year!
