I got all the stuff to make souvlaki, but came to this site to find out there aren't any directions!

Can someone please tell me approx. amounts of the Greek Marinade for Souvlaki? Doesn't need to be exact, but how much wine? A cup? A tsp? How much oil? How much lemon juice?
