I have searched other sites and cookbooks but cannot find a recipe for a good saginaki. I tried it in a resteraunt once and loved it, now I want to make it for my family. I don't even know what the flat bread that comes with it is called or even how to make it. If any one knows, it would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
