STEAM EGG RECIPE

For every egg you steam, use 3 egg-shells of water. Beat the eggs and water till a little foamy. Always add a little salt, else the eggs will not harden.

Steam for about 5-10 minutes, depending on number of eggs. Avoid over-cooking, as the steam egg will look 'old' and 'wrinkled' and too hard.
