ISO: Mexican Pink Cake

I have looked every where and I can't find this recipe. My mother is Mexican but my family does not have this recipe. I grew up loving this simple cake but now that I live in Louisiana we are about an hour away from Texas and the nearest Mexican bakery. I would appreciate it if someone could help.
