Hi,

I had this fantastic bread in Levittown, PR from a panaderia. I've searched on the web and have found lots of things, none of which have been correct. It's similar to pan de agua, but sweet.

I cannot find it in the bakeries up here (we have a large Puerto Rican population) and I'm surprised I can't get it. Help, I want to make it for my roommate, who is from there.

Thank you so much!

Erin

3 Dear Erin: I would say that it is denser than Pan de Agua & taste slightly sweet (nt)
