Also from my files, I haven't tried it yet. Perhaps you could use this filling as a canape topping?
IRISH SANDWICH FILLING
2 cups finely chopped cooked corned beef (about 8 ounces) 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage 1/3 cup mayo 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
In small bowl stir together all ingredients. Cover; chill. Makes 2 cups.
