Hi Everyone,
I've been looking for a recipe for an Asian pickled cucmber for the last 2 years & I can't seem to find it. The cucumbers are pickled in a soy sauce brine that makes them look brownish and they last indefinately in the fridge. These pickles are available in cans but I prefer to make them myself. They're also available in Vietnamese markets under the name of dua mam. Can anyone help? |
