Tortellini with gorgonzola Cheese sauce
1 pkg frozen Cheese tortellini 4 oz crumbled gorgonzola olive oil ( about 1 TBSP) milk (about 2 TBSP) ground nutmeg
Cook Tortellini according to package, When it is 1/2 way done, put cheese in a sauce pan, add a little oil and a little milk, heat until it is a sauce, do not use too much milk or oil or it will be too liquidy, if so, just add more cheese.
Pour sauce on top of tortellini and sprinkle nutmeg over it. Sometimes we chop up tomatoes and throw them in the sauce too...BB,.Calif (01:02:01) :
