Orange Blossoms

Ingredients:
1 white or yellow cake mix
juice of 2 lemons
juice of 2 oranges
1 pound confectioner's sugar
Prepare cake mix according to directions. Spray small size muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray and fill 3/4 full with cake batter. Cook according to directions. Make a glaze from the juices and sugar (it should be liquid). While muffins are hot, roll them in the glaze and cool on wax paper.
