FRESH PEACH ICE CREAM

6-8 medium peaches, peeled and mashed
2 cups sugar
2 (13 oz.) cans of evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) can apricot nectar

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and blend well. Pour into freezer container and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Ripen at least one hour before serving.
