LEMON POUND CAKE
1 pkg. (2 layer) yellow cake mix 1 small pkg. lemon Jello 2/3 cup oil 2/3 cup warm water 4 eggs 1 tsp. lemon extract
Mix lemon Jello into warm water. Beat eggs. Add cake mix, Jello, oil, and lemon extract. Beat until batter is well mixed and smooth. Pour into a greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
