Tomato Honey Chutney Recipe By :Oxmoore House Preserving Foods
3 1/2 cups chopped tomato 3 cups chopped peeled pears 3 cups chopped peeled apples 1 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 cup chopped seedless raisins 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 cup vinegar 3/4 cup honey
Put all ingred. except honey in a large saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 min., stirring occasionally. Add honey and mix well. Continue to simmer for 30 min. or until thickened. Spoon into hot sterilized jars and seal at once. Process in hot water bath for 15 min. Yield: 2 pts.
