QUICK & EASY MEAT PATTIES
1 pound of ground beef 1 small onion chopped 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 egg 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 bullion cube (or 1 teaspoon granules) 1 soup can milk or water
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, & egg. Form in to patties. (I use oval shapes, but you could make them circles or even small meatballs) Brown the patties on both sides. Drain. Pour the soup over the meat patties. Add milk, and boullion. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
I have seved this with rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. The soup makes a nice gravy! Susan,IL (11:45:56 AM) :
