Oriental Chicken Kabobs

1 1/2 pounds skinned and boned chicken breast halves
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup hoisin or teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup honey
1 clove garlic -- pressed
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

Cut chicken and peppers into 1" pieces. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Thread chicken and pepper pieces alternately onto skewers, leaving 1/2" space between each piece. Stir together hoisin sauce and next 3 ingred.; brush on kabobs. Grill, covered with grill lid, over med-high heat (350-400 degrees) 6 min on each side, basting with remaining hoisin sauce mixture.
