MEXICAN MEDLEY
1 lb. bulk pork sausage (I use Italian sausage) 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped green pepper 1 cup finely chopped red pepper 8 oz. uncooked noodles 1 can (1 lb.) tomatoes 1 cup sour cream 3/4 cup water 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
In heavy skillet, cook and stir sausage, onion, and peppers until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 30 mintues or until noodles are tender.
Garnish with parsley.
Yield: 4-6 servings
