MARINATED VEGETABLES
1 can of English peas, drained 1 can of French-style green beans, drained 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 red pepper, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 small red onion, chopped
Place these veggies in a large bowl. Add choppped peppers and onion, and mix well. Toss with dressing.
Dressing:
1 cup sugar 1 cup water 2/3 cup oil 2/3 cup vinegar--raspberry, wine, or white 1 tsp. salt
Bring ingredients for dressing to a boil. Pour over vegetables. Chill overnight for best results. Should be chilled for at least 4 hours.
