Creamy Spinich Dip Recipe By : Susan Wilson Serving Size : 15
1 package frozen spinach -- thawed 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package Vegetable soup mix 1 can waterchestnuts -- chopped 3 green onions -- chopped
Squeeze spinich till dry. In medium bowl stir together spinich, sour cream mayonnaise, soup mix, waterchestnuts and onion. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir before serving. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Serving Ideas : Pumpernickel bread or crackers
