AUNT MARY'S HOT PEPPERS Yeild: 6 servings
1 lb Hot peppers, (long fryers) Olive oil 3 to 4 cloves garlic, (chopped) 1 sm Can Italian plum tomatoes Salt
Remove stem and seeds from peppers. WEAR RUBBER GLOVES AND/OR WASH HANDS AFTER.
Saute peppers and garlic in oil for about 10 minutes. Crush 2-3 tomatoes with fork and add to fry pan. Saute for another 20 minutes. Season with salt.
