Absolute Lobster Tails
4 rock lobster tails 8 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons dry white wine 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground sage 1/2 teaspoon onion salt Lemon wedges
Prepare charcoal fire or preheat a gas grill.
Cut through and remove the top membrane of each lobster tail. Slightly loosen the meat from the shell.
Combine butter, wine and spices in small bowl. Stir well and brush over meat. Place tails, shell side down, on grill rack or foil, away from fire.
Grill on low fire for 30 minutes or until meat is opaque.
Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
