Easy Hot Fudge Sauce

3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine cocoa and sugar in small saucepan; stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring consrantly. Remove from heat; ad butter and vanilla, stirring until butter melts. Serve warm over ice cream.
