Maple Mocha Topping

2 egg whites -- (beaten until stiff)
2 teaspoons instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup maple syrup

Beat until thickened; serve over ice cream or angel cake.

Yield: 2 cups
