Pistachio Pudding Dessert

3 pkg. Lady fingers
2 (small) boxes Pistachio Instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
3-4 Heath or Skor bars

Mix the pudding with the milk.
Place lady fingers in bottom of a 9x13" pan.
Cover with half the pudding; next..layer on half the Cool Whip.
Cover with the other half lady fingers, then remainder of pudding, then remainder of cool Whip. Crumble the heath bars over top and refrigerate.
