Lemon Concoctions

1 cup ice cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 lemon juice
1 cup ice cream

Combine 1 cup ice cream, heavy cream and lemon juice. Beat until the cream is whipped, then add the other cup of ice cream and blend for five seconds. Pour into glass and garnish with a lemon. use a straw. for those who have been to the jack astors bar and grill, this recipe tastes exactly the same as thiers.
