MULTIGRAIN PANCAKES
1/2 cup white flour 1/4 cup wholewheat flour 1/4 cup cornmeal 3 packets of "Equal" sugar substitute 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 egg 1 cup buttermilk 2 tablespoon melted butter 1/8 cup chopped raisins 1/8 cup chopped walnuts
Combine all ingredients in same bowl and mix until blended, but don't overmix. Let batter set for five minutes, then griddle and serve with maple syrup.
