MEXICAN CORN BREAD
1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal 3 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1 cup sour cream 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1 can cream style corn 1/2 cup jalepeno peppers, seeded and chopped 1/2 cup corn oil
Sift firts 3 ingredients together into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients; beat slightly. Pour into greased baking pan. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
NOTE: I only add 1 tiny teaspoon of the jalapeno peppers to the mix.
