Strawberry Bread

3 cups of flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnomon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
2 10 ox. strawberries
1 1/4 cups oil
4 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp red food coloring

Place all dry ingredients in bowl. Make a "well" in center. Add all liquid ingredients. Stir until mixed. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake @ 350 for about 1 hour or until done.
