Blueberry Tarts

3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries -- divided 3/4 cup sugar 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2/3 cup water 1 teaspoon lemon juice 6 individual graham-cracker tart shells or a 10oz pkg frozen puff-pastry shells, baked 6 tablespoons reduced calorie whipped topping
Reserve 6 blueberries for garnish. In a 1-qt glass measure or bowl, toss 1 cup berries with sugar and cornstarch until well-conbined. Stir in water and microwave on high 3 min. Stir well, and microwave on high 2 min. or until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and remaining berriws. Cover and chill, if desired. To serve, divide the filling among the 6 shells. Garnish each with whipped topping and a fresh berry.
