Cherry Yum Yum

3 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 1/2 sticks low-fat margarine -- melted
2 envelopes Dream Whip whipped topping mix
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 (8oz) pkg reduced fat cream cheese -- softened
2 cans cherry pie filling

Combine crumbs with margarine. Spread about 2/3 of the crumb mixture in the bottom of a 13x9" pan; pressing down firmly to form crust. Beat Dream Whip with milk, sugar and cream cheese. Spread 1/2 of the whipped topping mixture over crust. Spoon cherry pie filling over top next. Next spoon remaining whipped topping then the remaining crumb mixture. Chill 24 hrs before serving.
