"Light" Chewy Chocolate Cookies

1 (18.25oz) pkg light devil's food cake mix
2 tablespoons stick margarine or butter -- softened
2 tablespoons water
2 large egg whites
1 large egg
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Combine the first 5 ingred. in a large bowl; beat at med. speed of a mixer 2 min. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min. Remove from pans; cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
