PRALINE SAUCE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 stick butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup half and half
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup pecans -- chopped

Mix all ingredients in sauce pan.
Cook to boil stir for 4-5 minutes.
Add pecans.
Serve slightly warm or room temperature. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
