Crust: 2 pkg. Yeast pinch of sugar 1-1/4 cups warm water 3-1/2 cups. flour 1 t. salt 3/4 cup oil corn meal for dusting pan before spreading dough
Filling: 1-1/4 pound ground beef 1 pound. sausage (remove casing) onion garlic 2 tsp. oregano salt/pepper 1 can tomato soup (Really, don't knock it 'til you try it) 1 can tomato puree same size as soup. Simmer this while dough is rising.. Put Mozzarella cheese on before baking.. Bake..375 degrees F --25 minutes.. You will be surprised at this one.. Dawn (11:32:16) : Chicken Ranch Pizza
13" unbaked Boboli pizza crust 1/2 cup ranch dressing 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced 1 tomato, peeled and diced 2 Tbsp scallions, diced
Lightly spread dressing on crust. Add a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese, then about a cup of diced grilled chicken. Top with another, thicker layer of mozzarella.
Bake until crust and cheese are golden brown. Enjoy!

1/2 cup finely chopped celery 1/3 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives 1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini 1/4 cup chopped cocktail onions 1 clove garlic, minced 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp. dry Italian salad dressing mix
3 oz. thin-sliced deli ham/salami, diced 8 oz. shredded provolone cheese 1 13" uncooked dough crust extra virgin olive oil Mix first 7 ingredients for marinated olive salad and chill overnight. Combine olive salad, ham, and cheese. Top dough crust with 1/2 of mixture. Drizzle with oil. Bake in preheated 500° F oven on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving

13" uncooked dough crust 1/2 recipe garlic oil sauce 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 4 oz. feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup pitted/halved Greek olives 6-8 pepperoncini (pickled peppers), sliced 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly 1/2 cup fresh mushrooms slices 1 tsp. dried oregano extra virgin olive oil
Top dough crust with oil sauce, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, olives, pepperoncini, onion, mushrooms, and oregano. Drizzle with oil.
Bake in preheated 500° F oven on pizza stone for 8-10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for 2-3 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving.

1 prepared pizza crust 5 ounces BBQ sauce 4 chicken breast 1 tablespoon oil Italian seasoning garlic cloves -- pressed 1 cup green, yellow or red bell peppers 1 cup chopped zucchini 1 cup chapped fresh mushrooms 1 medium onion -- thinly sliced 1 cup grated mozzarella, jack, cheddar or crumbled feta cheese
Spread BBQ sauce on prepared pizza crust. Cook chicken breast in oil. Season with Italian seasoning and garlic to taste. Add veggies; simmer for 5 min. Spread chicken/veg. mixture on top of BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Follow pizza crust instructions for baking time and temp.

1/2 pound ground beef 1 small onion -- chopped 1 (1lb) prebaked Italian bread shell crust 1 (8oz) can pizza sauce 6 strips bacon -- cooked and crumbled 20 dill pickle coin slices 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 teaspoon pizza or Italian seasoning
In a skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain and set aside. Place crust on an ungreased 12" pizza pan. Spread with pizza sauce. Top with beef mixture, bacon, pickles, and cheeses. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 min. or until cheese is melted.

1 lb. hamburger browned 1 envelope of taco seasoning 1 can refried beans shredded cheese (Mexican blend is good) 1 pkg. flour tortillas.
Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning and cook according to package directions. Then add can of beans to taco meat mixture mix and heat through. Spread mixture onto flour tortilla up to 1/4 in. from edge. Place another flour tortilla on top and cover with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees F. till cheese melts (5-10 min.) Chopped lettuce and tomato can be added to top of pizza after baking. (Makes about 4-5 pizzas, cut in wedges) |
