1 lb and 5 1/2 oz almond paste 1/2 lb and 2.25 oz. butter 2 oz. sugar 9 1/2 oz. eggs 2 oz. pastry flour
Cream butter, add paste and sugar. Add flour-slowly, then the eggs. Use 1# for each tart.
