VEGETABLE DIP

1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 small onion, minced
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise

Mix everything together. Let chill for about 2 hours. Serve with pumpernickel bread, chips and/or raw vegetables.
