Celery and Camembert
Mash an 8-oz. piece of Camembert to a paste (the rind may be removed, but it isn't necessary), with 1/2 stick (2 oz.) very soft, unsalted butter. Add a bit of finely minced garlic (one clove) and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. Blend thoroughly.
Pack into celery stalks and chill. |
