Waldorf Salad

4 red apples, chopped with skin
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mini marshmallows

Sauce:
3 T. Miracle Whip
2 t. lemon juice
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 T. sugar

Mix sauce and blend into mixture of apples, nuts, celery and raisins and marshmallows. Refrigerate till ready to serve. Serve on a garnish of lettuce leaf on a salad plate.
