Holiday Deviled Eggs serves 12
1 dozen eggs mayonnaise a few drops of hot sauce mustard relish salt and pepper paprika
Boil eggs, when cool enough to handle, peel and slice in half. Scoop out yolks, Put them in a bowl and mash fine. Add enough mayonnaise to bind, add mustard, about 1 teaspoon. Add about 1 T. relish, a few drops of hot sauce, salt and pepper and blend well. Taste and adjust seasonings. Pipe into eggs and arrange on egg platter, sprinkle paprika and refrigerate till ready to serve. |
