1 can Whole kernel corn (17oz) 1 can Cream-style corn (17oz) 1/4 cup MILK 1/4 cup Crushed buttery crackers 1/4 cup Onion -- chopped 2 Eggs -- beaten 1 Jar chopped pimiento – drain (2oz) 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Pepper 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
Combine first 9 ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle top with cheese and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 min. or until center is almost set. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
