Grilled Pears

2 large ripe pears
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cinnamon stick (about 2 inches)
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Spray a grill safe baking dish with cooking spray. Cut pears in half and remove seed. Place face down in baking dish and cover with remaining ingredients. Cover and place on preheated grill for about 15 minutes. Remove when most the liquid is gone and pears and easily pierced with a fork.
