Christmas Nut Rolls

These are like potato chips -- bet you can't eat just one or at least we can't or anybody I've given some too! I've been known to eat an entire plate at one sitting. It is particularly good with coffee. It makes 2 rolls and it lasts a long time in the refrigerator.

We make it a lot more than at Christmas because it is so good but it would be a nice change to take to a Christmas party for some folks. It really does take this amount of nuts or don't make it -- it wouldn't turn out the same.

Melt 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1 bag of mini marshmallows over low heat. Pour mixture into a bowl containing 1 box of graham cracker crumbs, 1 quart of chopped pecans, 3/4 box of raisins. Coat your hands with Pam or butter. Mix well. Shape into 2 rolls shaped like a log. Refrigerate. Slice roll into thin slices to serve.
