1/2 cup sesame seeds, lightly toasted in flat pan in 325 degree oven.

2 pkg. graham crackers -- separate and lay out flat on non-stick cookie sheets

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter

1 cup dark brown sugar

Stir together and cook the butter and sugar for two minutes. Pour it over the crackers and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees, watching to see that it doesn't burn. Remove when the topping is bubbly and melted. Cool on racks.
