Cheese Stuffed Buffet Bread

Get a round loaf of crust bread (I enjoy sourdough). Slice it from top to bottom without going all the way through, turn the loaf and slice top to bottom again. Take some cheese (brick or Monterey jack, pepper cheese is good to) and place it in the spaces where the bread is cut. Melt a few Tablespoons butter add some chopped green onion and a few teaspoons poppy seeds. Drizzle over loaf. Wrap in foil and bake 350 degrees 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Great pull apart bread for a buffet.
